Mobile time clock app for employees

Everything an hourly employee needs in one app: punch, see the time card, ask for a day off, check the schedule. Face ID sign-in, GPS punch location, and no password to forget.

The associates list managers use to add and manage employees

What you get

  • iPhone app on the App Store; Android in testing
  • Clock in and out with department selection
  • Time card, schedule and time-off requests in one place
  • Passkey sign-in with Face ID or Touch ID
  • GPS punch location when the site requires it
  • Company-wide minimum version so old builds retire cleanly

For the person actually punching the clock

The app is built around the one thing an employee does most: clock in. It opens on the punch button, shows whether they are in or out, and puts the time card, the schedule and the request form one tap away. Managers use the web app; the phone is for the crew.

Sign in with a face, not a password

Passkeys let an employee sign in with Face ID or Touch ID and nothing to type. There is no password to reuse from another site, and nothing for a manager to reset on Monday morning.
